The development consists of fourteen tracts total - twelve 10 acre tracts, and two 1.5 acre Log Cabins, in a gated community, built with log cabins only, and preserved to honor the beautiful terrain and mountain views. We will continue to allow short term rental for the property owners. The development will include common areas with a stocked pond and hiking/horseback trails throught out the property.
